Job Summary
Enforce established policies and procedures while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Manage outside orders, guarantee timely job completion, and maintain high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance standards. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to deliver timely service and meet customer expectations. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Walk in during store hours for immediate interviews or apply online; open interviews are available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
