Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians while assessing customer needs, recommending under-car repairs, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with in-store experiences and vehicle repair quality. Operate at state-of-the-art automotive service centers in the Virginia Beach, VA area with full-time hours and open interviews available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
