Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Drive sales initiatives and meet customer expectations at state-of-the-art service centers in the Tomball, TX area.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
