Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics, technicians, and tire staff. Manage outside orders, ensure timely job completion, and direct the workflow of alignment and tire technicians. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and communicate directly to assess needs and maintain satisfaction. Lead the sales initiatives and safety of team members at NTB locations in Stuarton, VA. Walk-in interviews are available daily.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
