NSW National Fleet Manager (Automotive/OEM)

Develop and execute Geely Australia's national fleet strategy, forecasting, and annual business plans across NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New Zealand. Drive fleet sales performance and revenue targets by managing pipelines for corporate, government, rental, leasing, and SME segments while developing territory-specific business plans. Build and grow key customer relationships, lead tender and RFP responses, and negotiate contracts to achieve long-term growth. Collaborate with dealers, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate CRM records. Represent Geely at industry events and strengthen partnerships with leasing companies and fleet management organizations to support consistent national strategy implementation.
