Own and lead the Corporate P&L for New South Wales, driving revenue growth, margin discipline, and cost management while executing state strategy aligned to national priorities. Act as senior relationship sponsor for key clients, personally participating in major pitches and renewals to prioritize complex, margin-accretive opportunities over volume. Build and lead a high-performing leadership team through succession planning and mentorship, fostering cross-functional collaboration with Global Placement, Claims, and Risk Engineering. Enforce consistent use of global sales protocols and represent the NSW region within the broader leadership executive. Deliver sustainable revenue growth, improved pipeline quality, and increased portfolio penetration while maintaining strong client retention and advocacy outcomes.
