Job Summary
Channel Accounts Manager responsible for identifying key sales opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with resellers, and maximizing revenue within existing and new accounts. Will serve as the sole point of contact for partners and customers, coordinate with product managers for product updates and partner networking sessions, and collaborate with other departments to generate leads while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business
- Preferably with basic IT knowledge
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep up ever changing priorities with effective time management skills
- A results-oriented person with drive and tenacity
- Proven track record in securing and developing strategic resellers and closing sales
- Good understanding of how to manage partner relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration
