Job Summary
Financial Program Controls Lead for the Naval Standard Missile Systems program, focusing on forecast/risk identification, cost and schedule analysis, EAC development, and Earned Value Management within a Hybrid work model across multiple Raytheon locations. Partners with program leadership to provide financial guidance, reporting for PMRs and OVRs, and support for contract data requirements and long-lead material planning. Opportunity to influence financial execution at production phase start, with exposure to multiple facets of finance, budgeting, and cost-control processes in a defense context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
