Job Summary
Financial Program Controls Lead for the NSMS program (Hybrid). You will forecast, identify risk, and plan finances for a major production phase, including quarterly EAC development, cost and schedule analysis, and earned value management. You’ll provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads, prepare finance charts for PMRs and reviews, support contract data requirements and logs, and coordinate long-lead material planning and funding strategies in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations. The role offers exposure to multi-year defense production, executive-level communication of financial performance, and cross-functional influence within a matrix organization. You will work from multiple Raytheon locations with occasional travel to Tucson, AZ, in a Hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience
- Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
