Job Summary
Accept and process alarm and emergency calls, monitor hazard detection systems and station technology, and coordinate customer-specified interventions including on-site measures. Conduct videomonitoring of security-relevant systems, manage telephone client contact, and provide regular incident reporting. Operate within a three-shift system in our 24/7 emergency and service call center. Requires C1 German proficiency, Class B driver's license, and technical aptitude for alarm systems. This one-year fixed-term position offers attractive shift allowances and structured onboarding at WESTFÄLISCHER WACHSCHUTZ GMBH & CO. KG.
Required Qualifications
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

- Erfahrung im Bereich Gefahrenmelde- und Empfangstechnik
- Teamfähigkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Gewissenhaftigkeit
- hohe Stressresistenz
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Mitarbeit im 3-Schichtsystem in unserer 24/7-Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle
