Job Summary
NSI Strategic Account Manager leads strategic growth initiatives within National Systems Integrator accounts, serving as the primary liaison between Hanwha Vision and NSI organizations. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and technology adoption, building executive-level relationships, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, driving year-over-year growth through pipeline development and end-user opportunity creation, collaborating with regional sales to increase engagement, leading technology roadmap discussions, developing account playbooks and relationship maps, and partnering with marketing for co-marketing and demand-generation activities. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of B2B sales/account management experience in security or related industries, strong negotiation and closing skills, excellence in executive communication, ability to travel, and proficiency with CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Strong understanding of the security industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60% of the time
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
