Job Summary

Answer telephones, greet customers, and provide accurate information and guidance to residents, visitors, and the St. Charles community. Process memberships and registrations, collect fees, issue receipts, and initiate refunds for programs and activities. Operate office machines including copiers, fax machines, credit card readers, computers, and printers as needed. Maintain an orderly service desk and lobby, distribute incoming mail, and dispatch outgoing correspondence. Complete opening and closing procedures, daily checklists, and enforce park district policies and safety rules. Perform first aid, CPR/AED, and execute emergency procedures when necessary. Set up and take down rooms for programs and rentals, assist with building cleanliness, and notify class participants of changes or cancellations.
