NQS Partner - NSW South & ACT

Deliver Goodstart’s internal NQS Assessment and Rating (A&R) Process—from desktop preparation and evidence gathering through to centre visits, professional conversations, and final reports—across your managed state/region to support centres’ alignment with the National Quality Framework. Apply the NQS, National Law and National Regulations consistently to assess quality practice, produce clear, practical reports for centres and state teams, and conduct professional conversations that balance objectivity with a strengths-based approach. Collaborate with the NQS Partner Lead and Quality & Moderation Specialist on calibration and continuous improvement of methodology; participate in moderation sessions; contribute to refining tools and guidance; and support national consistency of the internal assessment process across nearly 700 centres. This is a hybrid role requiring ~3–4 days per week at centres and remaining time for report writing, analysis, and collaboration with the quality team.
