NPWT Customer Care Coordinator

Coordinate and service assigned Infusion/Negative Pressure Wound Therapy accounts, including setting up new customer accounts, reviewing patient orders and clinical notes, initiating patient contact to establish relationships, scheduling follow-ups, ordering home wound care supplies, processing documents and orders, handling complaints, and generating management reports. Collaborates with wound care nurses and staff to determine ongoing pump needs, ensures patient paperwork is complete and accurate, and maintains customer files. Strong emphasis on analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and teamwork to support patients and medical practices while adhering to Medicare DME guidelines and company processes.
