Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, process orders and returns, and resolve service issues for truck and traditional automotive customers. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and web channels while accurately identifying and sourcing parts using catalog systems. Provide timely product information, strive for first-call resolution, and build strong relationships to support sales growth. Collaborate with team members and departments to meet productivity standards and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain company equipment, follow safety policies, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to regularly sit, stand, read, communicate, and listen
- Must be able to occasionally walk, bend, reach, and use hands and arms to perform job functions
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must verify eligibility to work in the United States

- Automotive industry experience
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes
- Experience using automotive catalog systems
- Proficiency with Windows-based software applications
- Professional phone etiquette
