Job Summary
BCBA to independently supervise RBTs and oversee ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Responsibilities include direct implementation of ABA programming, conducting client assessments, developing individualized ABA plans, supervising and training RBTs and caregivers, providing in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed, and ensuring collaboration with parents/guardians. The role works within a team of BCBA leadership, RBTs, BCaBAs, and other BCBAs, focusing on timely service delivery, progress monitoring, and a Monday–Friday schedule in Florida-based centers and community settings.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
