Job Summary
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and messaging strategies for late-stage pipeline launches. Support cross-functional teams by tracking deliverables, milestones, and risks while preparing launch readiness plans, target product profiles, and core communication platforms. Evaluate candidate assets from a scientific perspective and assist in advancing open innovation initiatives with academic researchers and biotechs in Korea. Synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into clear summaries for management reviews and business cases. Requires fluency in Korean and English, strong analytical skills, and 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above (Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility
- For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, market research, or business development support
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks, marketing strategy, and lifecycle management concepts
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into clear summaries
