Job Summary
Lead cross-functional global teams in the development and implementation of Electric Power Control Systems and Hybrid Solutions. Manage multiple New Product Introduction and technology development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination across international teams and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and external partners to deliver innovative customer-focused solutions. Identify product improvement opportunities and support the development of future technologies for the energy transition. Communicate project progress, recommendations, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Requires onsite presence five days a week with up to 10-15% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in product development, program management, or new product introduction within a technical environment
- Knowledge of electric power systems
- Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and business processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to successfully deliver complex projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Strong customer focus
- Problem-solving skills

- Very good German language skills
