Job Summary
Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction activities from project kick-off through mass production, coordinating product transfers, pilot builds, engineering validation, and production ramp-ups. Manage project schedules, trackers, and readiness plans while driving cross-functional execution across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer teams. Ensure manufacturing line setup, tooling, and material readiness before builds, acting as the primary site representative for assigned programs and customer audits. Monitor project milestones, escalate critical risks, and drive root cause analysis for quality issues to ensure operational readiness and compliance with customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, program management, or NPI experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations
- Knowledge of NPI lifecycle, pilot builds, FAI, ORR, and production ramp activities
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
- Ability to analyze production, quality, and supply chain data
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in EMS manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting product transfers and customer-facing projects
- Experience supporting networking, server, telecommunications, or electronics manufacturing products
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience working with global manufacturing sites and cross-regional teams
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
