Job Summary
Drive end-to-end project management for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products on time and within budget. Perform market research to integrate trends into project strategies. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring production readiness and managing contracts. Monitor project performance and compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, sourcing and/or supplier management, preferably in new product development or category management.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
