NPI Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional project teams responsible for the design, testing, validation, qualification, and release of new Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator products. Define project resource requirements, build effective project teams, and provide leadership, coaching, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project execution and ensure delivery against agreed specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Oversee the product family pipeline and ensure alignment across multiple development projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices. Coach Project Leaders and team members and perform peer reviews to support team development and project excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project outcomes and strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience within an international matrix organization
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred
- Experience with modern Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques
