Job Summary
Lead NPI projects for X86 and Embedded industrial motherboards, managing the full lifecycle from concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production. Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and global business units to ensure timely product launch and compliance. Track milestones, manage resources, costs, and risks while overseeing PLM activities such as BOM maintenance and EOL planning. Support product certifications (CE, FCC, EMC, RoHS) and collaborate with suppliers to secure critical components and mitigate supply chain risks. Manage product documentation and version control to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 管理或相關科系學士以上學歷
- 三年以上電子產品、Embedded Computing、工業電腦或相關產品專案管理經驗
- 熟悉新產品導入 (NPI) 及產品生命週期管理 (PLM) 流程，包含 EVT/DVT/PVT/MP/EOL
- 具備跨部門專案管理、時程規劃、風險管理及問題解決能力
- 熟悉 Microsoft Project、Excel、PowerPoint 等專案管理工具
- 良好的中英文溝通、簡報及跨國團隊協作能力
- 能獨立管理多項專案並有效協調跨部門資源
Desired Qualifications
- 工程、電子、資訊、機械、工業工程、學士以上學歷為佳
- PMP 證照或具備相關知識者
- 熟悉歐盟產品認證流程 (如 CE、EMC、RoHS) 與技術文件準備
- 有歐洲設計/台灣製造跨國團隊合作經驗者
- 熟悉 PC、電子製造，或工業電腦產品開發與製造導入流程
- 具備跨國團隊合作經驗者
