Job Summary
Lead a team of NPI Program Managers for Security Products, Certification Programs, and cross-product-group initiatives, ensuring operational success through on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects while engaging product managers, engineering teams, and supply chain partners to communicate status and guide strategic decisions. Direct people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development, while fostering collaboration with outsourced partners and suppliers. Proactively identify process improvements and cost reductions, acting as a key advisor to Engineering and Product Management leaders.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree
- 10 or more years of related work experience
- 5 or more years of people management experience
- Proven experience with managing NPI programs
- Experience managing a team of NPI Program Managers
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Organizational and strategic management skills, including budget and business planning and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage human capital across multiple geographies and organizations
- Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences
- Mastery in English and local language
- Extensive business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience encompassing one or more engineering, technology, and product domains
- Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with senior management and executive roles for internal and external partners
- Good understanding of the company's policies and processes
- Onsite work arrangement at an HPE office
