NPI Program Manager leads HDD new product development from staging through mass production, coordinating across PMO, Development Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, Quality, and Factory to ensure timely market introduction, cost, quality, and performance. The role requires end-to-end program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive DX and process improvements. Core responsibilities include planning and executing prototype plans, integrating schedules with domestic and international teams, managing progress, inventory, and cost, and delivering accelerated product introductions while ensuring alignment with product specifications and Certification plans. The candidate should have a track record of leading product development programs, managing multi-functional teams, and delivering on time-to-market objectives, with strong leadership and organizational skills. The position is based in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, with hybrid work supported (in-person required). The role emphasizes leadership, manufacturing process knowledge, BOM design, and cross-border coordination to deliver high-volume HDD products.
