Job Summary
Senior-level Onboarding Project Manager leads cross-functional onboarding programs from handoff to production, owning end-to-end plans, milestones, and governance. Acts as the central coordinator across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Focus Team (CFT), aligning resources, driving phase-gate processes, and ensuring readiness for testing, operations handoff, and production scale. Responsibilities include phase-gate governance (discovery, feasibility, delivery readiness, go-live), risk/issue/escalation management, coordination of First Article and production readiness activities, stakeholder communication (status updates, timeline changes, risks), and continuous improvement of onboarding processes. Qualifications emphasize mastery of industry best practices, independent judgment, and senior-level experience (8+ years) with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The role requires collaboration across engineering, BOM readiness, procurement/logistics, and cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery to production and aligned customer expectations.
