Job Summary
Develop the test program and hardware for new products while supporting qualification, characterization, and release on ATE platforms including temperature analysis and correlation. Drive test improvements to reduce costs, increase coverage, and enhance yield through failure analysis, utilizing structured change control processes like Enovia. Manage new product introductions, volume ramp-ups, and transfers across fab, assembly, and test centers to meet delivery and cost targets. Lead the test program and hardware development for new production to satisfy time, cost, and quality plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Control system and instruments Engineering or Relate field
- Highly experience in test program development in multiple tester platform
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in test lead of new product development
- Java/VBT/ C++ programming knowledge
- Tester knowledge in Teradyne / Advantest (J750 / V93K)
- Experience of Sub Version Control (SVN) or Collabnet
- Strong in Gross Margin Improvement in Semiconductors Test
- Test hardware/software development
- experience in subcontractor management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive, driving for result and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development and able to work under pressure
- Will and ability to work with international teams and available for travelling oversea due to assignment
