Job Summary
Orchestrate end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycles for STATCOM and FSC solutions, ensuring technical roadmaps are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Translate complex market requirements into actionable technical specifications and scalable product platforms while driving the transition from technology development to industrialized, repeatable products designed for manufacturability and cost-efficiency. Architect modular product strategies to ensure global reference solutions remain agile, competitive, and highly reusable. Champion Lean and Agile methodologies to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining uncompromising safety and integrity. Lead high-performing technical teams and partner with the Value Proposition Leader to shape the product roadmap. This permanent role is based in Tampere, Finland, with a hybrid working model. Relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to act as a technical authority who fluently communicates across Power Electronics and Power Systems disciplines
- The capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex, global matrixed environments
- An understanding of NPI governance, including gate reviews and risk mitigation techniques like DFMEA
- An expertise in delivering high-stakes, complex product programs in grid-scale power conversion technologies

- A formal education in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
