Job Summary
NPI GCC Specialist responsible for installations, upgrades, and production support of digital printing presses onsite and remotely; diagnoses and resolves complex hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely; supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities at customer sites, including implementation and ramp-up; guides customers on best practices to optimize production and performance; performs root-cause analysis, identifies trends, and implements corrective actions; collaborates with R&D, Engineering, PL, and Service teams to improve product quality and support readiness; captures, documents, and shares knowledge and field insights to strengthen global service capabilities; represents the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in technical support, field service, or engineering roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex multidisciplinary systems (HW & SW)
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
- Service and customer orientation, good interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - must; additional languages - advantage
- Travel - approximately 50% of time traveling worldwide to support service activities onsite, including extended missions of 2-3 months
