Job Summary
Lead strategic process development and qualification across multiple sites, driving yield improvement and converting small-scale processes into large-scale commercial operations. Manage ongoing NPx activities, including new equipment, coatings, and parts cleaning, while defining process requirements for NPI and new line startups. Serve as technical lead for global peers, providing guidance on complex technical problems and customer-ready roadmaps. Design, install, and commission new production units, troubleshooting existing processes to meet cost, time, and regulatory constraints. Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations to deploy engineering solutions and eliminate gaps between sites through advanced process control and Six Sigma methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in chemical, Materials or Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or Physics or relevant semiconductor related degree
- 6+ years related experience in high-technology manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or higher degree, or equivalent post-graduate education in above subjects preferred
