Job Summary
As a NPI Engineer, you will play a central role in planning and coordinating New Product Introductions (NPIs) for innovative medical products, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include integrating ISO requirements into product development, managing design control activities, and collaborating with teams to optimize manufacturing processes. You should have familiarity with catheter manufacturing processes and relevant experience in new product introduction.
Required Qualifications
- Third-level qualification in Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical, Design Engineering, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering
- Project management experience in new product introductions
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes for catheters
Additional Requirements
- For candidates with limited experience, an Associate position may be available, with guidance from an experienced engineer
