Job Summary
Senior New Product Introduction and Sustaining Systems Engineer leads system-level architecture and lifecycle support for multiple NPI and commercial medical device products, applying Forj Medical SOPs and cross-functional knowledge of electronics, software, and mechanical technologies to ensure product reliability, compliance, and performance. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining architecture, leading manufacturing transfer, supporting pilot builds and early production, driving lifecycle and commercial engineering projects, ensuring FDA QSR, ISO 13485, IEC 60601 compliance, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and interacting with customers to address technical challenges and opportunities across the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or similar
