Job Summary
Lead Industrial Pump project development and implementation, creating comprehensive project plans and driving progress across systems, supply chain, and production. Manage international project teams including engineers in Denmark and Kunshan, ensuring all tasks are executed on time, on specification, and within budget. Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Center on readiness while managing stakeholder communications and steering committee meetings. Exercise authority to make decisions and allocate resources within the given frame and budget. Report regularly to the steering committee to track project status and milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Degree e.g. Engineering
- 4-5 years of relevant working experience
- Proven project management skills from relevant industry
- Proven leadership skills
- NPI experience
- Experience leading International Project Team, including Pump Engineer based in Kolding, Denmark
- Authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Project team members in Denmark and Kunshan
- Project Owner and Steering committee Manager
- Local Manager
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Prince2, PMI or alike
- Alfa Laval PROMAL training
