Job Summary
NPD Generalist Nurse Educator for Labor & Delivery and Post Partum at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. In this role you will support lifelong learners in an inter-professional environment, serving as a Learning Facilitator and Change Agent to bridge knowledge, skills, and practice gaps identified through needs assessments; mentor and lead in transformative practice; promote evidence-based practice and practice transitions within a Magnet-designated hospital network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Nursing
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in clinical nursing practice and application of adult education theory in a hospital and/or School of Nursing
