Job Summary
Strategic Sourcing Manager for the NPC CSI team responsible for commodity strategy, supplier selection, cost performance, and the timely integration of CoE technology innovations into New Product Commercialization programs. Leads strategic sourcing and supplier governance, RFx processes, should-costing, and cost reduction roadmaps across NPI to HVM ramp. Collaborates across Centers of Excellence, Business Units, and Global Supply Chain to accelerate new product commercialization through standardized supply-chain strategy, cross-functional alignment, and measurable savings. Requires 7+ years in strategic sourcing, program management, or supply chain (preferably in semiconductors); BA/BS in related field with MS/MBA preferred. Travel up to 10%; relocation eligible. Responsibilities include end-to-end planning and execution, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and ensuring cost performance and gross margin improvements while enabling technology-driven innovations in Sourcing Strategy, CAM, Best BoM scenarios, and supplier qualification. Proficiency in quantitative analysis, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query/Power Pivot), and PowerPoint storytelling; ability to influence without authority and to present complex topics clearly.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MS/MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years in Strategic Sourcing, Program Management, consulting, and/or Supply Chain, preferably in semiconductors
- Experience leading complex sourcing programs independently in a fast-paced, corporate-level environment
- Education: BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
