Job Summary
The NPA - Recon Service Tech role involves responsibilities as both a Service Writer and Service Technician, requiring the review and recommendation of powersport related service work, as well as performing all recommended repairs. Candidates must have a solid understanding of powersport vehicles and computer systems, be able to diagnose issues and maintain a clean work area. Physical requirements include maneuvering motorcycles, lifting heavy weights, and operating safely. The position also mandates adherence to company protocols and responsibilities for company equipment and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to maneuver and operate a 2-wheel motorcycle with expertise
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to push a rolling 900lb motorcycle with relative ease
- Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners and fuel fumes
- Must have own tools
Desired Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Good working knowledge of powersport related vehicles and their mechanical operation
