NPA Assessor

Job Summary
National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Assessor conducts OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants, performs SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces, and may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund. Assesses workplace barriers, delivers high-quality, timely reports, and liaises with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomes. Must have data security awareness, strong interpersonal and report-writing skills, and the ability to work independently within strict timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability sector
- AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC registered allied health assessors may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)
- Eligible to work in Australia, with current driver licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- ABN and adequate insurance – MUST HAVE
- Mandatory pre-employment checks which may include background verification
