NPA Assessor

Job Summary
As an NPA Assessor, you will conduct OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants, perform SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces, and, where applicable, conduct WMS assessments with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF). You will assess workplace barriers, recommend modifications to support inclusion, deliver high-quality, timely reports, and liaise with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability sector
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and within strict timeframes
- Sound IT literacy and commitment to data security
- Eligible to work in Australia, with current driver licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Mandatory pre-employment checks which include background verification will be conducted
- ABN and adequate insurance – MUST HAVE
