Job Summary
Provide pulmonary-focused care within senior care facilities, managing a consistent patient volume in a high-volume, structured environment. Deliver evaluation and management of acute, chronic, and episodic conditions; develop and implement patient-centered care plans; order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing including spirometry; prescribe medications and interventions; educate patients and facility staff on treatment plans and disease management; maintain accurate documentation and oversee the patient consent process. Flexible 4-day per week schedule (32 hours) with mentoring and ongoing clinical/operational support.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP license in applicable state
- Minimum of 6 months of provider experience
- Reliable, insured transportation
