Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and support across the multi-site network to ensure excellence in patient care and operational consistency. Take responsibility for the quality of the Avenues Medical product by auditing charting, medical operations workflow, protocol adherence, and staff performance. Provide medical training to facility personnel, consult on high-acute cases, and maintain engagement between corporate leadership and local operations. Conduct department development meetings, execute improvement plans, and manage risk through ongoing compliance and payor standard reviews. Offer coverage for provider time off and rotate after-hours on-call duties as needed. Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies and travel of 2x monthly plus telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Post Masters medical training
- MD, NP, PA
- current licensure in at least 1 state we operate in
- ability to secure licensure in all states we operate in (or most)
- 3-5 years in substance use with co-occurring mental health and medical treatment
- MAT and Withdrawal management
- Strong communication
- master of medical intervention and medication management
- ability to train
- organized
- Minimum travel of 2x per month
- Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies and rotating after-hours on-call responsibilities
