Job Summary
Conduct health assessments, provide disease prevention education, and manage care for patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. Deliver immediate access for walk-in, procedure follow-up, and wound care patients within a clinic and hospital-based setting. Collaborate independently and with physicians on a complex surgery team consisting of four advanced practice providers and three medical doctors. Manage 80% hospital and 20% clinical duties on a Monday through Friday day rotation with weekend and call rotation. Maintain current licensure, CPR certification, and national certification in the applicable area. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in appropriate state
- Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state
- Current certification in CPR
- National certification in applicable area
- Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
- Verification of legal right to work in the United States
- Health screening and immunization review
- Background checks including criminal, urine drug screen and MVR where required
