Job Summary
Conduct inpatient cardiology patient examinations and treatments under physician supervision. Manage daily clinical workflows within the cardiovascular observation service while obtaining PA licensure within 60 days of hire. Complete department-specific credentialing within the first 90 days of employment. Work a 36-hour day shift from 6 AM to 6 PM. No prior experience required; candidates must be self-motivated and proficient in computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited physician assistant program
- Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Good clinical expertise
- Communication skills
- Human relations skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Needs to obtain PA License within 60 days of hire
- Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
