Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (NP II) at Charlestown Health Center within Mass General Brigham. Part-time 20 hours/week onsite at 73 High Street. The NP will deliver preventative, follow-up, and urgent care, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff, independently manage a patient panel, perform H&P, form assessment and plans, order tests/imaging, and communicate results. Responsibilities include documentation, responding to patient questions, clinical questions for staff, precepting NP students, and contributing to care-process improvements. Requires Master’s degree in nursing, current Adult or Family NP board certification, and 5-7 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Current Board certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
- 5-7 years clinical experience preferred in primary care
- Experience with EPIC or clinical data capture systems (preferred)
- Experience managing patients independently and co-managing with physicians
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical data systems
