Job Summary
Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for inpatient medicine coverage at a community health center in Apple Valley, CA. Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8-hour schedule (7am–3pm). Collaborate with a team of 8 hospitalists; Epic EMR; strong support across departments; focused on transitions of care and high-quality inpatient care. Compensation includes a $150K annual base plus productivity bonus; comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, tail malpractice coverage, CME allowance). New graduates encouraged to apply with qualifying APRN license and board status. Located in Apple Valley, CA with a supportive, community-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible (certification required before start date)
