NP Clinical Educator

Develop evidence-based education programs and training aligned with adult learning theory to support the onboarding and continuous development of clinical and non-clinical teams nationwide. Conduct workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities in the education process, implementing strategies that enhance clinical excellence and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with departments and subject matter experts to build, deliver, and communicate enhancements to technical applications such as electronic health records, while developing resources to support end-user learning. Meet with internal and external stakeholders in person to facilitate team priorities, with business travel required for stakeholder connection and team events.
