Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade with autism and other special needs. Engage in family outreach and school-based activities while collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals. Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, and document student progress and behavioral observations. Participate in professional development and training to support individualized care and education. Work Mon.-Fri. 8am-4pm earning $18+/hour with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism
