Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases, and supporting store operations. Duties include accurately ringing customer purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, merchandising to established standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery and cleanliness, and supporting loss prevention efforts. Role may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to meet business needs. Must have strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Weekend availability required.
