Job Summary
Crew Members at Jersey Mike's Subs are responsible for food preparation and service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key duties include creating subs to Jersey Mike’s high quality standards, maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant, multitasking under time pressure, providing exceptional customer experiences, and participating in training programs. Ideal candidates may have high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe certification, and reliable transportation; applicants must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
Required Qualifications
