Evaluate patients with suspected or diagnosed sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, and hypersomnia. Review patient histories, perform focused physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Interpret sleep study results to assist in developing appropriate treatment recommendations and manage CPAP, BiPAP, and other positive airway pressure therapies. Optimize therapy based on compliance data to improve adherence and educate patients on sleep hygiene and equipment use. Coordinate care with DME providers, sleep technologists, and primary care physicians while documenting encounters within the electronic medical record. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and participate in continuing medical education. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000-$130,000 plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO. Candidates must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in California with NCCPA certification and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program. Previous experience in ENT and sleep medicine is preferred.
