This hybrid role at Nexa Motion Group involves two days in the Walton Hills, OH office, with rare travel to regional locations to support field leadership recruiting and hourly hiring initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field
- At least two years of training and instructional design experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in teaching or facilitating training programs
- Experience in LMS administration and eLearning creation
- SHRM or PHR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
