Job Summary
Salesperson for a staffing company focused on the light industrial sector. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, cold calling, networking, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understand staffing needs, present tailored workforce solutions, and collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client orders. Responsibilities also include assisting with recruiting tasks such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, plus general office duties (data entry, phones, filing). Requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel throughout Austin. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required. The role offers a competitive salary plus commission, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
